Royal Canberra Show - Cattle. A.C.T.

Cattle are a popular part of this show, which also holds classes for horses and sheep. Poultry has its own Royal Canberra show in June.

Rare Australian breed the Square Meater is this years featured breed - a tremendous breed well worth going to view. The cattle are located behind the Mallee Pavilion at the showgrounds.

Lowlines, Angus, Red Angus, Hereford, Limousin, Murray Grey, Simmental, Highland, Shorthorn, Belted Galloway, Speckle Park and Dexters also there. Some Miniature breeds. Rare breeds the Galloway and Fleckvieh too.

Good junior classes too. Volunteers wanted for the cattle area - go you good thing you :)
