RARE BREEDS TRUST OF AUSTRALIA BREEDER DIRECTORIES DISCLAIMER

Information provided in the Rare Breeds Trust of Australia Breeder Directories is intended to provide a platform for breeders to list information about their breed offerings and for persons who wish to acquire a breed to locate such breeders.

The Breeders Directories includes breeders who have elected to be listed on the directories whether or not they are formal members of the Rare Breeds Trust of Australia.  No warranty, representation or undertaking is made by the Rare Breeds Trust of Australia about the content, accuracy and completeness of the information provided. 

The Rare Breeds Trust of Australia accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage or injury which may arise from actions associated with anything contained in the Breeders Directories. No person is entitled to any redress against the Trust on any account whatsoever and however arising in relation to any information provided.

If you are a buyer or a seller, the consumer laws of Australia, will apply to any claim, cause of action or dispute that you have with a listed breeder or a buyer, and you should resolve your claim in a relevant state court or in the federal court that has jurisdiction over the claim

Rare Breeds Trust of Australia Rights and Responsibilities

The Rare Breeds Trust of Australia reserves the right to:

• Refuse, reject and remove any listing at any time for any reason and are under no obligation to provide a reason.
• Amend the Disclaimer at our discretion. We recommend you review the Disclaimer regularly.

The listing of any breeder is not an endorsement by the Rare Breeds Trust of Australia of such a breeder . Users of the Rare Breeds Trust of Australia Breeder Directories should not rely on the information provided and must make their own enquiries, inspections and assessments as to suitability and quality of animals.

Breeder Directory User Responsibilities

Listed breeders must:

• Ensure the information provided is current and accurate for their listing.
• Be responsible for updating all information provided in their listing every 12 months.
• Not display fraudulent or deceptive information.

Users of the Breeder Directories must not:

• Collect the data for the purposes of spamming listed breeders; or posting to other directories, emails or websites; or to posting by snail mail unsolicited communications to listed breeders.
• Fraudently represent listings as their own for any purposes. 

Email Notifications

• We will endeavour to ensure all listed breeders users are notified of any modifications, approved or declined registrations.
• We have information and processes in place to ensure all users are aware of the Disclaimer for the Rare Breeds Trust of Australia Breeders Directories.
