The Rare Breeds Trust of Australia provides the Livestock Breeders Directory as a platform to help interested parties source rare breeds. Please note that Directory contributers may include non-rare breeds as well.  The Rare Breeds Trust of Australia is not responsible for any misrepresentations or losses that may be incurred through inaccurate listings. Breeders do not need to be a member of the Trust to be listed. 

Before you buy

• Always check the breeding history of the stock.
• Ask relevant questions before purchasing, including whether the stock is registered with a Breed Association.
